Pacquiao is fun to watch. But I'm not sure Boxing can ever really get back to to it's glory days with a new form of combat that lets you use any style and all limbs.A boxer is free to get in the MMA ring and box his way to victory if he likes. If he wanted to use his boxing to his advantage he'd just have to work on his take-down defense just enough to keep it standing.The money isn't as good in MMA as some of these boxing superfights yet but it's getting there quicker than anyone expected. Also, MMA might be boring to some when the fight goes to the ground but once you watch enough good fights and begin to understand what's going on, it's always exciting. Well, with good fighters, it is.Pacquaio is great and I am looking forward to him taking down Mayweather. But then what?I dislike how in boxing and now in MMA as well, greed seems to come and ruin everything. Fighters and their managers just want the biggest paycheck; the superfights.In Japan, when PRIDE FC was going strong, the focus seemed to be on the fight itself and the fighters earned respect and fans by being warriors in the ring. But with the UFC, it just seems like Dana is just marketing the champions and many go half a year w/o a single fight. In PRIDE, even the champions fought regularly and participated in the tournaments./rant?
A legitimate cause for concern? People watching the video of a hamster falling off its wheel on youtube is really no different then people watching it on America's funniest home videos. Only I think its less scary because they didn't have to sit through Bob Sagot monologues to see it. |

Let me ask you something, did the fact that he bowed to two world leaders somehow make America weaker? If not, why do people care?There are legitimate reasons to criticize Obama. Bowing is not one of them.

@BluZebra...you do realize people also are born with parts from both sexes, right? There are women (vagina + ovaries + mammary glands) born with Adam's apples, and males (penis and balls) with *****. There's some cases of people with both a vagina and a penis; whether they have ovaries AND testicles or just one or the other or simply none (thus being sterile), I have no idea because I don't research the topic.Either way, do us all a favor and lobotomize yourself.
